Lauren Red
Lauren Red is a pole dancer and aerialist from the UK. In 2019 she won Dance Filthy Southern and the Dance Filthy UK national title in the pro category. In previous years she has placed at Miss Pole Dance UK, IPAAT, UKPPC and many more. She has been crowned best Entertainer four times!
Lauren also travels the country teaching workshops and judges several regional and national competitions for the UK. She is always honoured to see the wonderful talented performers giving it their all.
Alongside competing judging and performing Lauren started Flight Fitness in Leicester in 2012 and is privileged to work alongside a team of 7 other instructors offering a huge range of aerial, pole, dance and floor skills. They organise three shows a year and a host of other workshops and events.

Terri Fierce
Terri Walsh is the founder of Fierce Fitness and multiple World and National Pole Champion. She has appeared on Britain's Got Talent and The Late Late Show as well as in newspapers, on radio shows and even in university research papers promoting Pole as a fitness and sport activity.
